Women Rewilding was born out of my personal journey as a woman and my professional experience as a seasoned licensed psychotherapist. I’ve seen firsthand how deeply entrenched patriarchal conditioning continues to shape our self-perception and the way we navigate the world. This conditioning manifests in various ways—compromised physical and mental health, body image issues, unresolved trauma, difficulties in intimacy and relationships, loneliness, low self-esteem, financial struggles, and more. Many women still grapple with codependency and find it challenging to express their authentic voice, especially in the face of those who expect our subordination. Additionally, we are often burdened with heavy caretaking responsibilities, forcing us to sacrifice our own purpose and goals.

We’ve grown up in a world where leadership has been predominantly male and rooted in outdated systems, perpetuating false ideas about women and our place in society. These notions continue to oppress us, often subtly yet powerfully. Even the most well-intentioned men often have blind spots when it comes to women's health, sexuality, and the complexities of the #MeToo era, making it clear that our liberation cannot be reliant on them.
The statistics on autoimmune diseases, mental health disorders, and sexual abuse are staggering, disproportionately affecting women. With limited male allies and a lack of widespread understanding, the burden of recovery and empowerment still largely falls on our shoulders.
In the second half of my career, my mission is to reach as many women as possible and contribute to this much-needed change. While I believe that true stabilization may still be several generations away, a powerful female president would have certainly accelerated the progress.
To heal ourselves, stand in our power, and ultimately support others, we need the right perspectives, tools, and support. Women Rewilding is designed to provide just that, using a psychospiritual approach that integrates Ayurveda, the wisdom traditions of the East and West, and the best practices of modern psychology.
I believe this knowledge should be open source, passed from woman to woman, fueling a wave of powerful females who recognize their true worth and share it with the world, bringing hope and transformation to future generations.
Please join me in this vital movement for women’s equality and well-being. Our time is now.
